Alpha Group is headquartered in the city of Oizumi, Gunma province and, through the specialized hiring of labor, aims to offer excellent human resources management in the region.
The embryo of the group was Alpha Kogyo, a company founded in 1995. Since then, it has captivated the confidence of the market working side by side with companies that, in addition to customers, have become partners in these more than 22 years of achievements.
Currently Alpha Corporation is responsible for the command of the Alpha Group, which also includes Alpha Kogyo, Alpha Factory and Alpha Staff, which together provide human resources management services to companies in the region.

Alpha was officially registered in September 1998 and started working entirely on foreigners in Japan, placing them inside the factories.
The objective was not limited only to recruitment and selection, but to a daily involvement with bosses and employees, in search of a good understanding that would result in customer satisfaction with our services.
